HOW TO APPLY FOR WARRANTY OR  RETURN YOUR GLASSES

Having an issue with your product? Oh no! Don’t sweat it, we got your back and will make sure you’re taken care of ASAP! 

STEP 1: Contact our Customer Service Department at support@wearoyo.com
STEP 2:
a. If your glasses are subsequently faulty due to the workmanship/quality of the materials within 30 days of receiving them, a new pair will be remade and resent to you at no additional cost to you.

b. If the return is for other reasons, please check our return requirements first.
STEP 3: We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method. (Wearoyo.com is not responsible for shipping damages or lost shipments.)
STEP 4: Once your return is received, we will process a refund in 1-2 business days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Once your refund has been processed, it will take 3-10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.

 Return Requirements:
*Original sales receipt or proof of purchase, including purchase date and retailer information.
*Your full contact details include the following: name, address, telephone number, as well as your email address.
*Proper return address
*Shipping paid in full. You need to be responsible for the return shipping fee.
*All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us at support@wearoyo.com to obtain a number.
*Packages without a return authorization number will be returned back to the sender.
